Lint free roller material has the matt-resistant qualities of polyester, yet is blended with a highly-absorbent synthetic fiber for paint pickup and release. The fabric is then bonded to the inner plastic core using the latest
thermo-fusion machinery. Finally, the fabric is vacuum treated while combed to make them lint-free.
