Hydro Marine Engineering Limited is a full water engineering services company with over 30 years of expert and quality experience in the Nigerian water sector. HMEL covers the full spectrum of water engineering with our core areas of expertise being: specialized consultancy, maintenance services, water treatment plants, environmental impact assessment (water specific), urban/rural water supply schemes, drilling services (water related – deep water boreholes), design and construction of sewage waste disposal system, design and construction of water treatment filters (under our product name – Hi Tech Filters MFG) and geophysical surveys.
HMEL has been privileged to provide services to notable clients including the Federal Government of Nigeria (PTF Special Rural Water Supply Programme in 15 Local Government of Osun State), Lagos State Government, Ogun State Government (World Bank Assisted Projects); Embassies such as the British Embassy (Abuja), the Indonesian Embassy as well as corporate bodies such as the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and UACN Plc, to mention a few.

Our Team
Our project consists of well experienced engineers (mechanical and electrical), geologists, hydrologists, and drilling engineers. Our team of experts have over 50 years collective experience in the water sector who have drawn experiences from both Nigeria and the international water scene.
The team has been actively involved in the construction of boreholes, designing and managing sustainable provision of potable water to the public. We share a healthy relationship and pool resources within a vibrant group of associates and geophysical consultants on various joint ventures, thus making our team a technically and scientifically progressive unit.

Design and construction of 35 units of productive boreholes for Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund Rural Water Supply Scheme in 15 Local Government Areas of Osun State on behalf of the Federal Government. In association with M/S SHWED ASSOCIATES as supervising consultant.

Scope of work includes but not limited to geophysical survey for Groundwater Development and rehabilitation of 12 units of existing boreholes in various Local Government. Area of Osun State.

Construction of Mini Water Projects for Ogun State Agricultural Development Programme (World Bank Assisted) in six Local Government Areasfor Farm Settlement.
